Don't think that just because your cars parts are old they can't be made to look really great. Below is a VR6 inlet manifold, the top manifold is one which has been blasted with fine carbide sand to remove all the oxidation and dirt that builds up over years of use. The parts are then treated with a rust inhibitor so that they don't oxidise.
