Mics VR6 is a perfect example of a car ripe for an engine transplant. Much loved and enjoyed but with 150k+ miles on the clock.... the engine was getting a bit tired. Mic sourced his own 2.8 24v engine from a 4 motion Golf. Time for a touch of DG's unique approach to super refined engine conversions......

Robert is the new owner of this very well known Corrado (featured on Fives 5th Gear tv program). The car was already very tidy and Robert had been adding his own touches over time. Then when a Supercharger came up for sale, he couldn't resist the lure of a few extra horses.....

Doms mk2 Golf VR6 was built almost entirely with his own hands. We helped out with engine wiring and finishing off. He finally gets to drive this fine example and it's a bit different to the mk1 Caddy pickup he's been using as a daily for the last few years!
